Trauma is not always an event or experience but how we perceive and integrate messages from our lives into our minds, spirits, and bodies. Trauma is abuse and violence, but trauma is also generational trauma, loss, parentification, societal marganalization, spiritual abuse, and chronic unpredictability. Integrative Health Practitioners

The impacts of trauma and mental health challenges are first felt in our bodies- fight, flight, freeze, and other associated sensations and nervous system experiences. These somatic sensations are stored in our bodies creating residual effects. Connected Wellness Group approaches the somatic impact with an integrative, multimodality approach to healing. Healing happens when we engage our whole self, taking care of our bodies, spirits, and our minds. Therefore, we offer:
