Our Story
At the beginning of 2022, Rachel walked into Kim’s office and said “we are starting a group practice together.” After almost a decade for each of them in solo private practice and a grueling few years of heightened isolation during the pandemic, both Rachel and Kim were craving more connection— for the themselves, their clients, and their communities, The state of the world during the pandemic encouraged discussion about mental and emotional health in fresh ways, reducing stigma as well as giving credence to the impact of loneliness and isolation on both our mental and physical health. We saw ourselves as more interconnected, and needing more meaningful connection, than ever before. Connected Wellness Group was born out of our beliefs and values around connection— that growth and healing take place when we are fully connected to ourselves, our bodies, our stories, and our relationships.
It is together, connected to ourselves and each other, that we heal.
