Join Connected Wellness Group for a workshop on breathwork, mindfulness, and grounding. Jessica, resident in counseling and registered yoga instructor, will guide participants through breathwork exercises, gentle stretching, and mindfulness to increase grounding and emotional regulation through activation of the vagal nerve, slowing your heart rate, and expanding your engagement in the here and now.
This event will take place at Flourish on Colley, a collaborative venue in Ghent, to ensure enough space for participants. Come in comfortable clothes with water. Mats, blankets, and bolsters are on hand.
