Therapists suffer from burnout. Daily, we hold space for our clients and their stories but leave little room to hold space for ourselves. Many of us also feel isolated in our profession. We work behind closed doors hour after hour before rushing home to roll into the responsibilities of our own lives.

9:00am - 9:45am: Replenish your mind through Nidra Yoga with Jess, CWG’s Resident in Counseling and a yoga teacher
9:45am - 10:15am: Replenish your body with Connect & Nutrition, food and drink focusing on nutrition for mental wellness and time to connect with other therapists.
10:15am - 11:00am: Replenish your soul with Shay Patterson of LunaSol Sound Therapy, grounding and meditation through sound via singing bowls
**Wear your comfy clothes. Mats, bolsters, blankets, water bottles, and some take home goods will be provided.**
